The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location is particularly good, very close to the metro station which takes you to the city center. The room was perfectly clean and had down pillows.

Good and ideal location very close to the metrostation which brings you to the citycentre, I liked my stay. Hotel’s breakfast was great with good roasted bacon and could satisfy any taste.
Sadly, there was no restaurant.

Friendliness of the staff, cleanliness, very good breakfast, successful redesign of the lobby and breakfast room.
For some time now, parking fees have also been charged for outdoor parking spaces. And for 8 euros / day! Far too expensive, because nothing has changed in the performance ratio. We did not even experience such prices on our recent tour of Andalusia, on which we only stayed in 4-star hotels that were in an absolute top location and were equipped with the greatest comfort.. We had to leave the Mercure hotel several times during our stay. The entrance and exit of the parking barrier did not work, although our parking card was activated. So we always had the way to the reception, which we found very annoying and superfluous .. After the redesign of the entrance hall and the breakfast room are finished, we hope for the renovation of the rooms (mold in the tile joints in the bathroom, tattered carpets ). Unworthy of a 4 star hotel. So the price-performance ratio is not right, especially since there is now a hidden price increase due to the parking fees.

The brand-new room was well-equipped and had a comfortable bed. The location of the hotel is perfect, just a minute's walk from a tram station and close to the city center, airport, and autobahn Düsseldorf/Berlin/Hamburg.

No water in the bathroom and no heating in the rooms at the sixth floor. At the reception the staff was aware of the problem (they sed it was usual at the sixth floor) and they moved us from the top floor to the fourth, but at the check out we didn't received any discount for the missing services and no one recall us or mail us to propose some compensation. Probably Booked.net should be more oriented to protect the customers and not only the hotels. The payement was automatically charged on my credit card independently by anything.

even if my booking was guaranteed by credit card, the hotel gave away our top-floor rooms, due to overbooking.Last time I will go there.
